"Deserves 0. I went into the store on October 27 for a factory screen protector replacement on a Z fold3. Phone was fully functional with the only issue being the bubble screen protector. Ryan gave me my options (after correcting some incorrect information provided to me by another tech)and I chose to go with the liquid glass option for $40. Once I received the phone back I turned it on then walked to my truck I noticed it had a black line down the center screen and the right side of the did not respond to touch. I went directly back into the store at which time Ryan told me I had to come back on Sunday when the store manager was in. Sunday I returned and Josh the manager took my phone and roughly 2 hours later told me he had to get his district manager involved to move further. I called Josh today and he informed me that his district manager does not feel the issue was caused my their store and that they would not be assisting in the resolution of the issue. I even mentioned the fact that I paid for the new protector which once i either get a new phone or replacement screen will no longer be in use. They didn't even offer to refund or put new protector on repaired phone. The facts of the case are that my phone was fully functional before they replaced the screen protector. Now I have no idea what happen but I do know that as a result of them replacing the screen protector my phone no longer functions properly. I have escalated this up to corporate hoping for a resolution that does not involve me spending $299 for a insurance claim. Not sure if the other stores operate this way but the location in River City should not be your first choice."
