"When our previous A/C and furnace had to be replaced, Cool Air came right out the day after we called them. Their service workers were polite, respectful and hardworking when they installed our new unit. We highly recommend this company. Update: We have been having regular biannual maintenance done by Cool Air Pros ever since they installed our AC unit in 2021. Kevin, the service technician, is very professional, polite, competent, and keeps our unit running smoothly. If you need a new A/C unit, consider purchasing it from them, and be sure to have it regularly serviced thereafter to ensure that it will continue to run well."
"I called them on a recommendation from a neighbor. my drain line stopped up so I contacted Cool Air & the were here exactly when they said, did everything needed for an annual service & cleaned out my plugged drain line. Excellent service & very professional. I am very pleased & signed up for another service for next year. I would definitely recommend them."
"I had a great experience today with Cool Air Pros. First time calling them for regular system maintenance and I am really happy. Kevin showed up on time and he knows these systems inside and out, he made some recommendations to keep the system running efficiently and he did not try to convince me to pay for expensive unnecessary repairs or pressure me at all. Sometimes these maintenance visits feel more like sales presentations, but not with these guys. I'm only calling Cool Air Pros from now on."
