"Rapid Response AC responded to resolve an issue I have had since previous company installed a new 3 ton Ac unit. It would run forever to cool house down, then it couldn't cool the house to set temperature, they would respond an say it was low on Freon, add freon, after powered unit down and restarted. Our bills would be several hundred dollars for cooling, said they had to check for leaks. Came back checked for 2 hours, then said they need to return to run dye to find leaks. Never came back. Now after having AC off for a while, started it up , same thing, ran forever. I called Rapid Response AC, Roger came out, found the issue in 40 minutes, the TXV valve in air handler was defective, and that also caused the evaporator coil to go bad. Those parts are under warranty from manufacturer. We just had to pay for labor. He also recommended installing another intake vent in master bedroom. Great job, it is running awesome now."

"I called because my AC was not cooling, within an hour Ryan was at my door with a smile and professional disposition. After a very thorough inspection of my entire system he found I was low on Freon. He filled it up, checked all my filters and explained it should be fine. He also found none of my ductwork was mastic sealed and I had some leaks so he quoted me a price l, came back two days later and did a beautiful job sealing it all up.
