"We have had a very positive experience with Josh and RV Brokerage and Mobile On-Site Service. We had trouble with our lock and converter in November and another RV on-site company was supposed to fix both. Supposedly the lock had to be replaced and the converter was in stock. When I would call the previous company to check on the lock I was told the lock was not manufactured any longer and a lock would have to be found. 6 weeks later no lock and no converter. Finally the end of December I was told the company would be out to install lock and converter on Wednesday the 28th. Josh stopped by to check to see if our repair work had been done and we told him no. Within 15 minutes Josh had our lock fixed and he installed our converter the next day. If it had not been for Josh we would still be waiting for our repair work. He is fair, easy to work with, comes when he says he will, very reasonable and follows up with the work he completes."
