"Wonderful, perfect experience with Coastal Cooling and Roberta! We were in an emergency situation and my current (very large) AC company (with whom I have a maintenance contract and 2 years ago paid top dollar for a new system), couldn't get to me for FOUR DAYS. Reached out to a friend, got the Coastal and Roberta referral, and she showed up at "midnight" to fix the problem. In less than an hour everything was fixed. "Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the day. Temperature was soaring. We called Coastal Cooling and 44 minutes later the tech had diagnosed and fixed the problem and cool air was filling the house. Yeah, we timed it. We have used Coastal for 20 plus years. Never a complaint. Techs are always polite and courteous. Jobs done quickly and competently. I wish I'd gotten the technician's name. He was friendly and helpful. This was on 6/5/2023 mid afternoon. Shout out too for the woman who got this all rolling when we called in. She was right on top of things."
