"Kenmark Air is absolutely the biggest farce of a company that I’ve ever “tried” to do business with. They rarely show up for scheduled service appointments, even if you have a paid service agreement with them, which I did. For your own sanity, DO NOT do business with this company that stains the good AC companies."

"Needed to care for family townhouse for a stretch, to where this Business cold called claiming active service on the property is of their doing. Having then recently buried both parent in the span of 3 short months, I allowed them an appointment. Not only do I doubt, highly doubt now reading these reviews, the validity of needed components changeouts, the work needed three more visits in order to pass Collier inspection, the first attempt had a belligerent pair of 'techs' insisting on continuing work past 10pm to which I showed them the door. Were massively late to try and correct their mess anyways, then only to the need two other Kenmark visits then lead to failed Inspections. Ontop of it all, they never pulled a permit at all. Needed a proper service oriented business serving Collier & Lee to make it all good and force Kenmark dead hand. This 6 month failed-marriage lasted into the Pandemic too, so, there's THAT to wonder more about in hindsight. Requesting Kenmark to not generate one of their feeble attempts to patch things up with a response here thanks. They never replied to a request for records from my Lawyer, why start now I say. Just wanting them to cease to exist TBH."

"Our A/C sopped working on Thursday night before Memorial Day Weekend, a service tech, Ben, came to our house that night after 7:30 PM and gave us the bad news that the unit was going to cost a lot of money to repair, and the warranty was expired. Ben got the A/C to work a little bit, and made a couple of attempts to get a new unit installed over the holiday weekend, Our old unit kept us cool at night and on Wednesday Ben was at the house with a crew and worked all day doing a great job getting the new unit installed. During the entire weekend Ben kept calling us to see if our old unit needed a little repair until the new unit could be installed After the installation Ben called to make sure the new unit was working OK and we would not have a hot night. Ben has been great."

"Had my six month service around 4:00 PM yesterday. At 8:00 PM the condo temperature was in the upper 80’s, so I called KenMark and told them I had no A/C. Answered all their questions and expected to receive a call that a service tech was coming. NEVER HAPPENED! Since it was continuing to get warmer and warmer, I checked out the system and remembered that several years ago the system shut down and was caused by the drain shut-off switch. I checked and removed the switch and after awhile, the A/C came on. I reduced the temperature setting to cool the place down and replaced the switch when I went to bed so that the room didn’t flood. Today around 11:00 AM, a service man showed up and drained the system and put some chemical in the drain. My reason for writing this is I’m 86 years old and didn’t need to be exposed to “extreme” heat and when I called for service help, I guess I expected help, not late morning like it happened today. Today is May 10, 2023"

"Ben, our repairman was professional and helpful. The answering service and home office were completely unresponsive. We started our request for service on Thursday at 5. After being repeatedly promised a call on Thursday, we did not hear from anyone until Friday. We were promised someone would be there by 10 a.m. After waiting all day, we were told a repairman would be there by 8 pm only to be told it would be “first thing” Saturday morning. He finally arrived at 4. All our frustration could have been eliminated by a simple phone call giving us an accurate idea of when to expect him. I would NOT recommend this company."
