"The reviews of Chad Grey already posted paint a picture of an enormously well-qualified luxury broker in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. Our very recent experience doubles that. There is little to be said that hasn't already been said by someone., if not almost everyone. What I would like to add is how quickly one realizes that the broker they have chosen, should it be Chad, is a superlative example of what a broker could be, but usually isn't. It was almost immediately that we realized our broker was someone special, capable of understanding what we were looking for without constant missteps, and being able to answer immediately questions we might have about properties that seemed appealing, but weren't for us. As an example, we would inquire about properties that we could see from others we were looking at; Chad knew immediately whether they were rentals (we were buyers, not renters), or that the quality of the premises was not what it appeared to be. Our first contact was simply a stroke of luck; once I persuaded my spouse that Fort Lauderdale was a good place to look after tiring of the tumult of South Beach, she simply reached out to several on the internet. Virtually all of the responses she constantly received regarding properties that had potential were from Chad; it soon became apparent that he was more interested in the business we offered. We quickly closed on the property he showed us first. It became apparent after viewing others that his first choice was obviously the best for us. Since then, it has received unqualified "wows" from skeptical relatives. He quickly arranged for a fast settlement, advised us how to achieve it, estimated properly our anticipated expenses, was known well and highly respected by the other brokers and the lawyer he chose, making the process far easier than it otherwise might be. If only I could buy a property every week, just to keep the relationship going. Believe me, this endoresement is from the heart; we have never had a better, more fluid, purchase, nor as unqualified a success in any preceding real estate transaction. You could not do better than to contact Chad Grey, and I feel for you if you are stuck with another, no matter how promising he or she may appear to be."
