Apple Plumbing Service

"I contracted Apple plumbing to connect my house sewer line to public utilities. Prior to starting work I wanted to give Ted Roberts owner of Apple plumbing the map of sprinkler lines so that they would not disturb / break the lines. The owner told me that if they broke any lines they would repair them. Then upon completion there were 7 breaks in the lines. They fixed none, and actually just buried the broken lines. On one occasion they hauled the broken 8 foot section away. Additional they left the driveway cut open and when I ask if they were going to repair the driveway. The response was " I thought you said you wanted a new drive way any ways" OMG I could not believe that response. I force them to fix the drive way or I was calling the Sarasota plumbing inspector. Note: I finally did call the inspector and he came out to the house and he said, "How do I know you did not dig up these areas and break the lines with a Sledge hammer". I said that response is not logical. They also busted up my back patio and left it in shambles.. I have photos and documentation OMG. I do not recommend this group at all. When I spoke to two of my neighbors, One said that when Apple plumbing was done connecting the sewer line she had to get it half redone at a cost of $2000.00 another neighbor said that they broke his lines also and never fixed them. It cost me over $3000.00 to repair the damage. My back patio is still not right. I just can not afford to fix it. So now every time I walk out back I think of Ted Robert owner of Apple plumbing. Wow, unbelievable."

"Here's an actual review from someone other than owners/employees (Nathaniel review below) of the company. Scheduled a visit from these guys and on the day they arrived it was wet and muddy out. Upon entry, asked them to simply remove their shoes as to not track mud all over the house or put on shoe covers. The owner and one of the workers said " bad word, not doing this" and walked away. Before I even know what happened they were back in their trucks ready to leave. Called the owner (Teddy) and he confirmed that it was him and told him that we will go a different way and "he said that's probably best" and hung up. If that is the type of reaction they have to a reasonable request, then imagine them trying to repair items at your house or if something goes wrong. No professionalism or customer service. Save yourself the headache and time wasted."

We have been family owned and operated since 1997 we have five guys on our team so we have low overhead you're not going to get the big box one hit wonders that spend $1000000 on advertisement we work by Word of Mouth simple fact is word-of-mouth carries a lot further than any type of one hit wonder to a million dollars that advertisement and never get a call back so if you want to have a good quality plumbing work done go ahead and think of the fruit apple Plumbing Service"
