"Don’t do business with this company! Business owner makes promises he doesn’t keep. My job completed today, but it was promised 7 weeks ago. I Waited at the house for him on two other occasions and he was a no show, and he didn’t even bother to call. But since he had my chairs, I was stuck. He also agreed to cash discount and then took back that offer! Sitting on the ground would be better than dealing with this company for chair repairs!"

"1/27/2016 - Julian Tuza made an appointment with my Dad to deliver the furniture that he repaired at 4pm today. Mr. Tuza didn't show, didn't call, didn't respond to voicemails or texts. Not sure what happened? Hope his family and he are okay. Hopefully I will find out more tomorrow and can update this review. 1/28/2016 - still no word from Mr. Tuza. Calling for the third time to check on what is happening? Phone call was picked up. Another person answered, Debbie. She stated that the weather disrupted their delivery service. She set another appointment for 1/30 at 11am to deliver the chairs and receive payment. Hopefully the weather holds to avoid further problems."
