"He asked me to text him my address Friday morning, said he could come later in the day after another call, 5pm I called no answer, Saturday morning he answer, had no idea who I was , ask me to send pictures of ac, which I did immediately. Told me he don't work weekends, but he can come Monday morning, so based off his past reviews I decided to wait till Monday. Monday I called him again he had no idea who I was or what I was talking about,he asked me to send him the address, I told him I did Friday and sent pictures on Saturday, he said he would look and call me right back. 3 hours later l call for a third time Monday,,and you came highly recommended and it's 90 degrees and you can't give me a a definite day or time your coming and you can't even remember me. He then swore at me and blamed me for not being patient, lol. STAY AWAY MAYBE ITS AGE BUT, YOU DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT WAY.....!"

"Smitty is more knowledgeable about RV's than a lot of people who claim to be RV experts. He was highly recommended to us by a big RV dealer/repair outfit that no longer works on older coaches. He does a very professional job. Replaced all the items on top of our rv that blew off in hurricane Ian and even tailored a new part to work for our older coach as it was replacing one that is no longer being made. He did a fabulous job recoating/relaminating our coach's roof. He is definitely the guy to go to.He doesn't necessarily get the job done on your time frame. BUT, he gets the job done and done right."

"I had an AC fan motor go bad on a twenty year old RV while on vacation. Called all local RV dealers and no parts available and would have to special order. Was given Smittys RV repair number for last try of the day. The owner Jim Smith took my call and assured me he had a matching motor in stock. I met him at his shop and he had an exact motor for a very reasonable price. I hooked everything back up and running perfectly. "Called a main RV dealer who quoted me a service slot in 6 months time !! He suggested I call Smitty"s. I made a call and he said he was in my area today so he'd stop by. Arrived midday, diagnosed a faulty water pump, replaced the unit and my RV is fully functional again. Couldn't ask for anything quicker, price was very reasonable and I'm very satisfied - would happily recommend him to anyone."
