"My wife and I were fortunate enough to have been referred tot his company by a new neighbor or during our recent relocation from MA to FL. We used them to have a basic maintenance done on the HVAC system— still while in MA after our home closing which took place remotely- and were informed of the serious and poor condition of the existing system. To fix the issues would have been nearly the cost of a new system. We chose a new new HVAC system and the company installed it within 2 days. We also had them install a mini-split unit in our new FL garage to keep it temperature controlled. We met Daniil— the service manager. This young man is simply amazing! He kept in touch with us..gave is a full tutorial on the system once we arrived in FL, and prior to actually arriving..continued to retur n to the house to ensure that all was working as it should. He then returned when we asked for a simpler thermostat since we found the Google Nest complicated for our needs . .he quickly replaced it with a simple Honeywell. He was here in the last month to insulate our garage door at our request and again worked diligently and without incident. Daniil is informative, kind, and very attentive when he works. He has been so available in every way and we so appreciate his service. We highly recommend Boyar without reservation and will continue to utilize their service in the future."

"We had a tech from a different company come out. They said we had a leak and either replace coils $2800. or get a whole new units $8600. - $15,000. We wanted to get a second opinion and replacement/New units price. My son said than in his neighborhood people were raving about the company Boyar. Especially Daniel. We had him come out. He couldn't find a leak. Said we were low on fluid and replaced it. Came out a little over a week later and confirmed no leak. We called first company and complained. Wanted the manager to come out. He said okay, but didn't show. The tech that originally came out came again. Said there is no leak. Also said it had, but this time he said it was from a different area then the coils. Hummmmmm! "Amazing and honest service. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. We ran into issues with our A/C unit and we knew that it was about that time to replace them. We had gotten some quotes prior to reaching out to BOYAR. Not only did they send out someone quickly, they also tried to see if a repair could add some life to our system. Repair did not do the trick and they used that credit towards the replacement. The appointment for the replacement was set very fast, the workers came on time and were very friendly and respected our home, laying down a cloth to walk on and always asking for permission to enter different rooms and spaces. They answered all the questions I had and had our system started up the same day. My family is now recommending BOYAR to all our friends and neighbors."
