Sell n Fix

"had an ipad i broke the screen tried to fix myself and failed the guy was pretty understanding i did break my own home button left out some screws (i may or may not have brought them with the ipad to fix) thats fine we talked about it he wasn't sure if he could fix it but i paid him for a screen replacement no problem. 3 days later i get it back and it immediatly starts resetting over and over basically ununsable. this is fine can happen it was speculation from both him and me that something could of shorted due to me failing to fix it. Well ended up going to another company to see if he could fix it for me, he calls me back around 1 hour or so has me come in and tells me the battery and the screen connectors were not screwed down causing them to be lose (even if it had no screws from me i would of thought a company would add them back) i mean i paid the repair cost why not repair it right? anyway new company fixed the ipad no problem and now i have no issues. i'm not giving a bad review because like i said the guy tried i'm not mad but if he reads this review maybe he will repair this repair and take an extra precaution next time for the nex guy (P.S) apparently there is a back plastic on the new screen that has to be taken off and the shop failed to do that i didn't believe the new company but i watched him rebuild it find new screws and remove said plastic. its been running great for 12 hours now."

"WARNING! WARNING! I took my Moto G Power to the Sell N Fix at 7078 N Church Av. Mulberry FL. to have the screen replaced. I demonstrated to the person there that the phone was working perfectly before I gave it to him. He assured me that he was only going to replaced the screen. When I picked up my phone I immediately notice that the battery level had dropped from 30ish% when I dropped it off to 15% and then in a few minutes it was down to 1%. I told him about it and he played it off as the battery was just going bad and of course offered to replace it. For more money. I told him the battery was ok when I dropped it of, but he insisted that he had not touched the battery. I paid for the screen and left the store. I plugged the phone into the charger as soon as I got home. After 15min., it was still at 1%. I tried a different charger, still only 1%. I went back to the store and told him he ruined my phone and that it would not charge. He said the battery was bad when I dropped it off and refused to fix it unless I paid for a new battery. I believe he switched my good battery for a bad one in an attempt to get me to pay him for a new one. But my battery was working fine when I dropped it off and I will not be scammed. I went to a different phone repair shop to price a battery and as I told him what happened, before I said anything about the battery, he said "And now the battery is bad". Funny how he knew what I was going to say. Beware of Sell N Fix at 7078 N Church Av., Mulberry FL. Reply to Sell N Fix- My phone was not damaged before your employee worked on it. He had my contact information and should have call if my battery was bad. Why wouldn't he contact me about this battery since he was already working on the phone. It is ridiculous to believe that he would ignore a battery in this condition and go ahead and replaced to screen. If so, he is incompetent, and not qualified to work on phones. I would not replace the screen on a phone in this condition. My battery would last 3 days before I brought it to your shop. Now it will not charge. Your employee ruined my phone and that is the truth."
