"I have a Samsung Z Fold 4. The factory installed screen protector started to separate at the fold on the large inner screen. I used the Samsung repair website and made an appointment with uBfeakiFix to get it repaired. I was concerned that with any repair, it wasn't going to be easy. I was wrong, this place is wonderful!! The technician was very knowledgeable and kind. My phone was completely fix with something called liquid glass. It only took the technician minutes to fix it. "I had set up a ticket, with Verizon, to bring in a phone that I had an issue with. When I got there I was told that they didn't see the ticket info, but Stephen helped me anyway. It was actually a matter of educating me and he was very efficient at that. I sometimes find that younger people can be sort of condescending towards older folks. Stephen was just the opposite. I could tell that he enjoyed passing on his knowledge and I really appreciated the lesson."
