"Extremely unsatisfying customer service from the person on the phone. The first call and service was dealt with no issues and i was specifically told i would have a 30 day warranty if the problem arrived. The same issue arrived so we gave them a second call. No one came, no one called. The third call, my brother called this time but he mentioned the warranty. He was told no warranty existed for this particular situation. The receptionist then said she would both check the invoice to verify the existence of the warranty and send a plumber to us regardless since we needed the situation handled no matter what.... NO ONE SHOWED OR CALLED. The fourth time and final time i called, i requested a service without mentioning the situation just to get a person here. It worked and when the plumber was set up to begin working on the plumbing, the receptionist requested i call them to discuss the situation with the warranty... rather than WAITING for the discussion to even BEGIN, the receptionist SENT HER PLUMBER HOME. I was extremely astonished by the horrible attitude of this person. I was constantly met with their attempt to end the conversation and business interaction all together. I ended the call with taking the service and now i sit here waiting for the same plumber to drive back and set up everything again, wasting EVERYONE'S time. To send the plumber home because i merely mentioned the warranty and wanting to discuss it is actually unbelievable. I dont even know if the plumber will come back at this point since they have more often failed to come as requested. This is not an issue with the plumbers. The management/receptionist is horrible just like their google rating."

"I called them because My tenant was having a plumbing emergency and they confirmed a time with me. They never showed up and did not have the professionalism to inform me they were not going to make it. If you need a plumber same day do not call this company."

"I called and made an appointment today between two and four and here it is going on 4 o’clock no technician showed up or called me I called the company and the company told me that somebody was trying to get a hold of me when clearly I was by my phone and nobody called me I figured they didn’t want to do my work for my kitchen sink if you call these people more than likely they will blow you off any waste hours and hours waiting at your home for them to show up if you want them to come to your home to do plumbing work I would recommend calling calling someone else"

"called for estimate person that answers phone. can not help in any way shape of form. then nobody ever calls back . with estimate don't waste your time here."

"1st I want to say the person that answer the phone is rude. 2nd technician never called or showed. If there was a way of giving no stars I would. Horrible experience. They need to evaluate on how to better their customer service and be more reliable."
