"Alfredo and the guys at R&R have been very good every time that they've been out. When I had a leak in the coils of my AC, they didn't immediately try to sell me on a new unit. They told me, honestly, that it wouldn't be too long before I would have to replace it, but they didn't give me a hard sell. They helped me make my old unit last for a little more than a year, until the leak was so bad that there was no other choice. I then got three estimates, and their price was the best. They installed my new unit on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. They did a great job, at a fair price. It's nice to find an AC shop that you can trust."
