We reached out to Dan and he quickly was able to detect the leak (a contractor put a nail through my water system) and have the issue remediated. The second time was after Hurricane Nicole. I had water coming up through the floors and thought for sure that I would need to replace my concrete tile roof. But again, Dan was able to quickly detect the source (a ruptured duct) so that I could make the appropriate (and less costly) fix. Dan is prompt, knowledgable, and professional.
