"Very satisfied and highly recommend! My Samsung dryer stopped heating. I called Keith from a google search and he was very nice, explained how he prices his services. That made me feel comfortable and gave me a sense of trust. I called at 3:40 and he was here at 5:10(early!). 30 min and $160 later my dryer is heating again. My dryer hose was too long and got crimped in the back tripping the heat sensor. Heating element was protected by it. He was able to get out to me (which happened to be outside of his normal geographic service area) within an hour and had my refrigerator fixed with 45 minutes!
