"Called them at 11:00 A.M. with and emergency drain issue. They said they would have a tech by between 3 and 5 P.M. At 5:30 I called to see where they were and they said the tech was running late but was still coming. At 7:30 I called again and they said they would have to reschedule for tomorrow. They never bothered to even call me. I hung up and called Bob's Septic. Should've called them first. If I could give 0 stars I would."
