"I brought my camera in for repair because I dropped my phone and cracked the glass. They repaired the glass, but damaged the camera, and refused to take ownership. Their claims are because they showed me the issue, and I still took the phone, even though they led me to believe that it was only when you zoomed in. When the gentleman was showing me the phone, he kept zooming in and talked about when he tested it he zoomed in. They keep trying to tell me that the damage was done before I brought the phone in, which I have photo proof showing that the difference is significant, and they refused to fix the issue. I regret taking my phone in I will not be taking a device in again and will make sure I let everybody else know to avoid them. Photos attached show what my photos looked like with the cracked glass before and then the photos I take after they “repaired” the issue"
"James was my technician and he did a really great job. I used the service where they come to your house and fix the device in their van. He was on time and the repair was so fast. I requested a phone case and screen protector to buy and he brought those items with him so I could purchase. I was expecting to pay more for everything, price was great. Would definitely recommend.
