"Horrible - awful - a rip-off. I responded to an ad on craigslist about a laptop. Jason, who works there, brought a laptop and met me at a rehab where I'm a patient for a badly broken leg. He took my laptop in trade, but the laptop he left with me (for another $120 plus my own machine) cannot play ANY video files, and apparently was screwed up by Jason trying to install a 64 bit OS on a 32 bit machine - I cannot fix it and they won't do ANYTHING. I'm out my original laptop, which needed only an AC adapter, plus $120 in cash, and have a machine that will not play any video files, whatsoever. I called there at least a dozen times and was told Jason was coming out with another machine, a refund, etc. I cannot, at this time, go there, but I WILL when my leg heals. Ripoff artists. BUYER BEWARE."
