"I scheduled services online, they rescheduled it 3 times with no warning, Also the stated they were on the way the rep passed by house and then rescheduled it for no reason.. OMG the service is horrible they don't call, they don't answer the phone, the reps don't give any reason for the rescheduling."

"Do NOT recommend A&E Repair. And this is A&E Repair in Port Richey, not A&E Factory Service they keep blaming for complaints. Charge for more than time on site (commercial building), you agree to do work and they charge you travel time AGAIN to come back out and do work (after paying travel time to diagnose). If you have tons of money and like overpaying, call A&E. Rude and don't need my business, they are "too busy" anyway they told me. Wow, OK. No thanks."
