"My contractor had another company dig and install well. I did not know them. Several things that they did seemed off to me, but I am no well expert. Fast forward a year and we start having problems I can't figure out. I thought our tank was waterlogged, but the normal drain and turn back on did not work. I even replaced the pressure switch to be sure. No bueno. Asked wife to call someone other than them. She called Hayes first thing in the morning and they had us repaired by dinner time. They also installed a plug that had not been installed at all from prior company. Well should be fine from now on. Fast, affordable and friendly service. I rarely post on these review sites, but we found them on the internet and I hope someone else comes across this and considers using them. Top notch service on a well they did not install. Will never use anyone else."
