"Chris delivers outstanding service! We called because our propane furnace stopped working. He was at our site the next day and spent a couple of hours testing and diagnosing. Results weren’t conclusive, so he took the unit into his shop after recommending that we replace all the wear parts due to the age of the unit. He told us some of the parts weren’t stocked locally and it would take a few days to order hem in. Luckily the weather was very warm and we didn’t need the furnace. When he returned to reinstall the unit, he explained that the sail switch was weak and the igniter was working intermittently. He tested the unit several times after install to ensure proper functioning. We were very impressed that Chris took the time to perform a thorough diagnosis rather than just replace a single suspect part (the sail switch). We are confident that the furnace will function properly for a long time. His service is truly “worry-free”!"
