Within an hour of calling she returned my call and told me Scott was on his way. Scott arrived and quickly learned my inside coil developed a significant leak. Scott got another coil from a new unit and installed it, it leaked too, so they went to Pensacola the next morning to get another. Scott installed it, charged up the system and got me cooling again.
