"A perfect beach getaway! The condo was stocked with beach goodies & located facing the beach waterfront! There is a porch that we spent the majority of our time on because it was so relaxing! We were also able to watch the sunrise directly from the condo & it was INCREDIBLE. Renee is also the kindest person & just a phone call away if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable! Definitely the place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway!!"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Renee's condo. We had all the comforts of home in a beautiful 2 bedroom condo on the beach. We could not have asked for a more relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Every morning was spent sipping coffee on the wonderful balcony facing the ocean and every evening watching the sunset. "Another fantastic week at the beach! Renee' was a wonderful hostess as always and readily available for any questions we had. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we could possible need for your stay, including items for the beach. If you do not want to cook while on vacations, there are many great places to grab a bite or a drink within walking distance of the condo! The beach views are fantastic and there was no greater way to start each day than by sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise. This was our second time renting from Renee' and from JaxBeach Rentals and I don't think we will ever rent from anyone else when we travel to Jax Beach. Looking forward to our next visit."

"My father needed to undergo cancer treatment at the Mayo Clinic for six weeks, so he, my mother and I needed nearby long term accommodations. When I explained our situation to Renee, the property manager, she contacted the owners, who very kindly gave us a long term rate. Mayo was just a few miles away and being able to be directly on the beach lifted all our spirits. The condo is very well equipped and very comfortable. It also fortunately escaped damage during Hurricane Irma! Jacksonville Beach is a quirky, funky little beach town - fun but not pretentious. We loved it! Renee was always available if there were any problems and is a wonderful person! Can highly recommend this rental!"

"The condo was awesome. These are the views, it is truly beach front. Get up early enough and catch the amazing sunrises! The condo interior space was clean with a very homey touch and useful amenities for your convenience as well. With respectable neighbors; you won't get the weekend rowdy bunch much here. And you are walking distance from great coffee spots, restaurants, water activity rentals, and more. Will definitely be back, thanks Renee!"
