"As a licensed real estate agent and luxury vacation rental company owner since 2004, I’ve had my share of contracting cleaning services to clean and maintain our properties for the best possible guest experience. Vacation Property Gnomes is the best with cleaning, laundry and house supply management. The office is responsive and the cleaners take great care of the houses and guests. Back in 2011, we were again searching for a cleaning partner for our 7 luxury mansions due to many inconsistencies with the service which led to below par experience with our guests, making further growth in our business problematic. The company took over all properties at once and managed to bridge the gap to our ultimate vision. The cleaning is detailed and consistent. They can organize properties we take over from other managers, purchase goods as needed, give support for maintenance or emergency problems at a house and are even able to completely set-up new properties – all I have to do is send over the supplies and they work with us to get the house rent-ready. We are constantly checking in on our properties and if there is ever an issue, Louisa and I are able to discuss the situation in a professional manner, resolving the issues going forward. Now every time we close on a new property, we know VPG can meet our expansion and exceed our expectations."
