"Theatre World Backdrops has failed to refund my order in a timely manner. I canceled my order 6 months ago and TheatreWorld still has not mailed my refund. They say they are unable to send out refunds at this time due to their offices being closed due to the coronavirus. Meanwhile, they are OPEN and able to fulfill new orders. This is unethical. Where is the integrity? I asked to be transferred to the owner's phone line, and she hung-up on me as I was stating my name and reason for calling. This company is shady and going down hill. When will I receive my refund? There simply is no excuse for this. I do NOT recommend supporting this business. Shop elsewhere."
