"Our time at Casa Artista will be a lifetime memory! My sister and her family rented Casa la Cala (right next door) for the same week. With my brother and his family in from Seattle, my mom and two more brothers and their families local, it was the perfect location for our family reunion. Our house had everything we could possibly need. Safety Harbor is a wonderful little city. We paddle boarded from Coopers Bayou, which was a short drive from the house. We easily walked to downtown and enjoyed the many shops, bars and restaurants - Backwater Provisions, Screaming Jalapeno, 8th Ave Pub, and Crooked Thumb Brewery (just to name a few). We planned our trip around 3rd Friday, it was a lot of fun! Thank you to John and Ellen for being great hosts and sharing their Safety Harbor gem!"
"John in the South is a great host. He helped us out on very short notice with a wonderful place to stay and we always brought our cat. Safety Harbor is a really nice little town and our accommodations were only a short walk to downtown, yet on a very quiet street. Great experience, great host."

"John and Ellen are the best hosts I have stayed with! They think of every little detail that you might need for your stay even down to chilled wine waiting in the fridge! The bed was like sleeping in a cloud! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal to enjoy on the patio. I will definitely stay here every time I come to visit Florida! It’s the perfect little oasis close to everything but with the peace and quiet of a neighborhood retreat."
