"Love the new look but the place was a mess nobody working there. Seemed to know how to pick up popcorn or white tablet off, just standing around not carrying,,btw that were not busy at all ,"

"This place is filthy every time I’ve been there. We were helping someone look for their phone and used a flash light to look under the seats- a ton of popcorn under every seat - I would guess the roaches are loving this place . There was a worker coming out of the theater we were going into abd he had a broom and dustpan in his hand, yet there was popcorn on the floor and popcorn on my seat. Luckily I had some wipes with me! The bathrooms are - well, I won’t even go there! Use your bathroom at home before you go to this theater - or better yet pick another theater! Brand new theater and it’s filthy each time I’ve been there."

"clean comfortable theater despite the ridiculous $8.00 matinee price for a 3 year old. ( free if you keep child on your lap) Also bring your own brown bags if you' d like to share your $10.00 large size popcorn."

"Clearly still under construction, but you can see where they are headed. Most everything is self-serve. You can still buy your ticket from a human. That is nice. I hope they don't get rid of humans completely. The theatre was clean throughout. Staff was helpful. Seats have gotten a real upgrade. That was really nice. The movie was shown without hiccup or interruption. Had a nice time!"

We have a Regency membership and have cancelled it to come here at Epic theaters, their hosts, customer service is way over and beyond, they greet you at the door, the offer freshly made hot food, smiles, smiles, smiles, very professional, clean, I give this place 1000 stars! We definitely will always return here. Thank you! I highly highly recommend it!!!"
