"Worthless. I called and somebody answered the phone "hello?", no business name. He took my information about a small tile repair in my home. After hearing nothing I called back a few days later (same "hello?") and the guy says I'm all set. Said they be there Saturday, call back Friday for time. When I called back Friday he said that the tile guys were in Jacksonville. He assured me they would call back that day to re-schedule. Still waiting for their call. Tile repair was completed in 2 days by another company."
