"Melany Hathcock of CENTURY 21 Ryan Realty 0/10 would not recommend. She takes hours if not a day or so to respond to your important calls, or texts and when she does she call you she *YELLS* at you about a situation you have no control over. I have never had someone I hired for a service yell at me before Melany We had so many issues with the house we were trying to buy and all she could say was "they want to sell and you want to buy so it will work out..." Our closing was delayed a week and she could not help us get in anywhere to stay. She has not helped in trying to get issues fixed that she said she would help with. She cannot be trusted. All she does is tell you what she thinks you want to hear and not what the truth about the situation is. She is not willing to go out of her way to make sure you are having a good experience."
