AMC Aventura 24

"I really like AMC, and I'm pretty sure this was the first movie theater I ever came to as a kid. A huge positive is that it has all the smaller market movIes that wouldn't normally show up in the smaller theaters. Good movies too, just not revenue generating or foot traffic inducing for theaters where they have to make money on every theater they book a showing. And while I love movies AND the theater experience, this place has not developed with the times. There are new theaters to support new formats like IMAX and Dolby, but all of the other theaters are so old and antiquated that it almost feels like there's no care to update it. There are no reclining seats for standard showings, the concession area feels archaic, and the restrooms feel like a blast from the past. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't too much matter, but I will say that it does sort of affect the sheen of the brand when everything is renovated as though it was 1999. Their whole MO is based on being a more "premium" movie theater company. It won't stop me from coming, I just wish it changed with the times as well."

"A large cinema in Aventura mall, where all trending films are shown. What we didn't like: 1) very slow service in the cafe, we waited 20 minutes for cheese sticks and thought we would be late for the start of the movie. 2) the seats in the cinema hall do not fold down. if the movie runs for more than two hours, it becomes uncomfortable to sit for that long."

"Very large theater. Plenty of theaters and bathrooms. The theater seating I was at did not have recliners but chairs were ok, normal. They have the famous soda machines that has a ton of flavors. They have video games also. Great entertainment for children to adults."
