"Staff is always nice and friendly. 24 hour access is fantastic. Sauna is never packed and works well. The machines are all working well and the facilities are clean. I love that they offer towels to use in the bathroom/sauna area too - really nice touch."

"The front desk attendant doesn’t understand patrons. She’s rude and can’t seem to fix or answer simple issues or questions. This gym used to be a great gym but the recent staffing is an example of the lowest tier of front desk attendants I’ve ever seen. Decent gym equipment but the staffing is poor quality."

They will sign you up with promises of a small monthly membership fee, and then they will charge you extra maintenance fees annually per person there are exorbitant. It is also Very hard to get out of the contract. The equipment is not well maintained, and the place is not very clean."

"I have a membership at every gym in the area, and this is by far the best. First, it is very clean. The workout areas and bathrooms are always well kept. It never has a funky gym smell like the other gyms in the area. Next, Zoo has all the equipment that one would need to get in a good workout. Finally, it’s the only gym that I’ve been to where the staff is friendly and always professional. I’ve always been greeted when walking in, and they always say bye on my way out. Overall, it’s a great experience."

"The gym is very well equipped for weights and the staff is meticulous in keeping the gym clean. The only thing keeping me from giving a better rating is the sorry state of cardio equipment. Of the roughly 20 treadmills, there are only a handful that have a functioning incline feature. Of the 4 stair masters, only 1 or 2 are ever working. The membership fees are quite reasonable the hours are amazing, and my guess is the profit margins are thin making expensive repairs difficult. As a business owner I sympathize. Hopefully things will change soon. I love the gym otherwise."
