"We have a quick closing on our condo and a home inspection took place. We have 6 repairs that need to be completed. I called Chad the Handyman and scheduled an appointment. We got an email confirmation and day of, the service tech called and said he would be a few minutes late (it would hardly be called late). He was professional and courteous. He assessed all the jobs and gave me a quote and after signing got immediately to work.
