LOOK Dine-In Cinemas Tampa

"Lol I’m going to try to be as nice as possible, but this place absolutely sucks. I like what they are TRYING to do, but they aren’t delivering. The concept needs to be executed wayyyyyyy better. The theater itself is nice looking. Hard to find if using a GPS, at least that was my issue. They give you menus inside of a dark theater. So you have to use your flashlight to see. TACKY. The server is talking to you during the movie. TACKY. At one point, the server was standing directly in front of me so I had to look around him. Like, are you serious?? I ordered a kids chicken tender. That food was definitely frozen. Even the fries. It was absolutely disgusting. I sent it back. I ordered the Pineapple Express. I tried so hard to get through it without sending it back. It was gross. The pizza that I got complimentary was nasty. Like they have to do better. I’m going to see the movie I saw there, AGAIN, elsewhere. That place is too distracting. I will never go back there."

"Worst Valentine’s Day ever. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for our drinks. We never got our food. After the movie ended, we inquired with the GM about our food, I didn’t want it at the point but my man did so we inquired for a discount at least for the inconvenience. Nope. Just a free pass like I want to come back …lol . Absolutely not. I convinced my man to get a refund and not wait for the food there any longer. I would not recommend this place and suggest to go to another dine in cinema."

"The only reason this is getting a star is because I enjoyed the movie. Went to see One Love with my husband and was really looking forward to having a nice experience at the this theater, I was wrong. Luckily we got to our seats with more than enough time before the movie started. We looked at the menu and pushed our service button, no response, no one came. So we asked and were told just push the button and a server would come. So we did and still no service. At this point my husband looked up how to order online and so we did and still NO LUCK! A server came over to the guest next to me (with a wrong order) and I explained to her we ordered a while ago online and already paid AND tipped. She said they were busy and our food was “coming” they were behind in which I can understand it isn’t her fault. Well made it thru the whole movie and was told by the manager oh well sorry we can refund what you paid for and didn’t get. Told me they sent around servers that should have explained they shut down their kitchen- NOPE! Also don’t blame your servers!! You should have been prepared as a company and management knowing it was a holiday and an extremely popular movie was being released. Now I get to wait 3-5 business days for my money to be refunded instead of enjoying our food during the movie and I know I am not the only one with issues. Guests actually left the movie from being dissatisfied around us. Piss poor excuse’s don’t cut it and either does this place to go see a movie and get service. We will not be returning."

"First, Just because you serve food in the dark shouldn’t mean it doesn’t look like what you’re advertising. The place needs a good cleaning if you’re going to serve food!!!! Not your fault that the movie was disappointing. Worst was finding the theatre. All entrances had barriers except 1. Barriers provide no direction. Didn’t know the movie theater was in a mall. So many of us driving in multiple crazy directions trying to figure it out. Signage people please…near all entrances. Not just the one!!!"
