"I got a water filter system online and hired Dustin to install the system. On the phone messages he sounded very professional and sounded like he know what he was doing. But not the case, For a person who fits water softeners every day, He for some reason decided to fit the sediment prefilter after the water softener (This is the filter that filters city water before it enters your water softener system). The other mistake he did was he decided to fit the UV filter upside down, So when it comes to changing the long bulb you have to undo the whole system instead of just unscrewing the top and lifting the bulb off the top (if you fit these things for a living these are basic things ). The third issue is I do not have a drain and asked him to dig a dry well for the back wash to drain, his idea of a dry well was a 3 foot pip stuck into the ground and the drain hose jammed into it (no air gap so over time bacteria will feed back into your system). Not the correct way to fit a drain line. When the backwash happens the pipe fills up in secs and then rest of the water just floods out over lawn, being salty water, it already started to kill the lawn. I asked him to come back and correct the mistakes, to which he replied he will come the next day. Its been two weeks and no sign of him and he is not replying to my messages now. If you want to get a water filter system and fit it in a way that it will last long time and do the job correctly do not use them. I wouldn't recommend them to do any quality work. The system that was installed was a very basic model system that didn't need any specialist knowledge, only reason I hired them was to do a proper dry well for correct drain but they couldn't do that. I have to hire a different contractor to fix their mistakes."
