"What a awesome little place. Very clean, the heated pool is just great. As far as amenities they have what you need. Just a couple blocks from the beach. Pops sunset grill has excellent seafood, if you like swordfish get the blackened. I would recommend staying here for sure. Very quiet area. This is my second favorite now in FL. The beach was closed for red ride so having the heated saltwater pool definitely made up for it. Excellent all around. Thank you Ren & Brady."

"This was a perfect solution for a family vacation. We rented 3 houses, brought our cat and had quality family time cooking together and relaxing. The houses are walking distance from restaurants, the beach, Publix, etc. We especially enjoyed Pelican Alley. We have rented again for next season."

"I have stayed here through the last four winters and was fortunate enough to be there when the prior owner refurbished everything and opened it as Stacy Keys. Everything was brand new! He sold it a couple of years ago to the current owners, Brady and Reny Quick. The pros are the location, the pool, the keyless entry and Reny's perfection. I stayed in the "Sea Turtle" which was very quaint, however, you could annoyingly hear the people next door and the traffic in front. There are three fire alarms, one is covered by a light fixture above the oven. Unfortunately the use of the oven causes the alarms to go off... alot. This past year the musty and moldy smell was overwhelming. All this, in addition to the huge price increases, made my decision to leave easier. At first the owners were talking about putting two container homes in the back and rumor had it that they would be taking the option to have pets away, as well as, opening a store in the back area to sell t-shirts and whatnot. Over the past year they have been trying to sell the entire property, and therefore, very little updates, as well as, items that needed fixing were done. My last thought is that Brady tends to exaggerate items, for example, he states on the website that a gym and spa are available which they are not.
