"I really would like to know who’s reviewing these comments? Because the problems still remain the same. I have roaches everywhere my floor is a mess and again I went to the office again and Juliana, the manager act as if she’s clueless. And the Spanish chick that is there she only look out for her people not to mention very rude. This apartment belongs to roaches and nothing else. They refused to give corporate number."

"In a moldy unit and it seems no one in leasing office cares. Provided pictures for proof & it was dismissed by property management. Maintenance workers speaks no English it’s hard to explain what the issue is. No pest control at all for the property, been here for 3 years & ready to leave."

"Cosmetics of the community including amenities are being explored and the place is looking good. Before and after photos. However the interior is outdated and full of pests in my opinion no matter what the attempts are to control"

"I was looking for San Marco Villas once I drove in I thought that I was at the wrong community. I didn't recognized this place at all. OMG very clean, welcoming, freshly painted. Now this place is no longer full of trash. Impressed for real. I recommend this place in a heart beat."
