"What can I say about Portofino, it has been my and my daughter's home for many years. Thanks to the maintenance guys who always try to help and the girls in the office. To Mariela and especially to Tamara. For their excellent customer service and professionalism."

"I couldn't be more disappointed. The entire apartment is full of cockroaches, many more now than when we moved in, they even crawl on one at night while we are asleep. and according to the neighbors they have the same problem, surely the entire building is infested and the people in the office know it but don't care. I do not recommend anyone to live here, especially if you have children."

"I have to pay market rate rent. Had to pay $75 for gate pass and the gate continues to be broken. There are two gates however if my gate is malfunctioning my gate pass cannot access the other gate. Smoke free community. I don't care if people smoke however cigarette & sometimes smell of weed travels through vents into my unit & I have multiple coughing episodes. I have reported it to the office multiple times but no additional ventilation filter have been installed to prevent it. I was not informed initially that the vents will allow smells from other units to come in my unit."

"The process here at Portofino apartments is tedious, BUT there is reasons behind the process. BIG SHOUT OUT to MARIELA and her boss, for making the process super easy for me. Not only was i felt welcomed, but I super satisfied with the wonderful and most dedicated service that i have received. The maintenance team has been super wonderful with making my move in day easy. All my concerns have been addressed and I am happy with their service. One thing that stands out the most is that they are DETAILED ORIENTED! Super happy with all of them! Thank you!"
