"I don’t know WHERE in the complex they got the pictures for their apartments. Went there to find an apartment for our daughter that is starting a job nearby and it took minutes to rule out this place. The apartments we were shown had not been turned over, but the carpet was a decade old and absolutely BLACK with filth. The agent told us it would be shampooed and then evaluated for replacement. There isn’t a shampoo service that exists that could redeem what we saw. On the bottom step of one of the stairs, the tread had collapsed, leaving a lip at the front of the stair, a clear safety hazard. ALL of the one bedroom apartments we toured were dated (back to the 70’s or 80’), cheap, flat fronted doors with layers of paint on them. On top of all that, there is no security. It looks like a motel that was converted, with the door exposed to the exterior and anyone can walk in off the street right to your door. The nicest thing was the laundry room, but even that has unrestricted access to the public-very unsafe. Now, if we had toured an apartment that looks like the ones on their web site, great! But they were asking over $1,300 for their dumpy apartments. I wish I had taken pictures to convey how overpriced these disgusting apartments were."

"Scheduled a tour for 9AM on a Monday and we drove 25mins just to get to the office and no one was there, office was closed and we were not able to do the tour. We had the tour confirmation but they just wasted our time and gas. Bad management!"
"The manager is a dream come true. Polite, kind, understanding, and highly efficient. The move in process was purely awesome. The apartment felt like home from day one. The development and grounds are well kept. Maintenance is prompt to respond to any issues. Of which were minor. Overall the atmosphere in the development is peaceful with helpful and friendly neighbors. I love it here. Mirage ticks all the boxes ☑️"
