"I was referred by a family friend and they had so many great things to say about coopers orthodontist. As I went for my consultation I gave the ladies at the front desk my information. Shortly after that I was asked for my id and then I was told I needed an adult who’s over me to be there . I’m over 18 years of age and they had my id so for them to further tell me I needed an adult over 18 with me felt like I was definitely profiled because of how young I look . If they took a minute to thoroughly check my identification then this wouldn’t have occurred. Overall I loved my visit and had a good experience."
