"My husband and I tried contacting the apartments through email, setting up an appointment, phone call and just trying to swing by the office, hoping to apply for an apartment. No response on email other than the automated “we’ll be with you soon” and “make topaz oaks your home. Reach out today” No answer on phone, left a voicemail, no call back. When we went to the office. No one was there, and we were there during office hours. Absolute joke of a company and thankful we found a place to live elsewhere. Don’t even waste your time because they don’t answer or respond to inquiries."

"The apartments are nice, they’re very clean and more modernized, haven’t had a whole lot of issues with appliances. I will say, within these apartments, you can hear absolutely everything from every other renter. Microwaves, doors closing, footsteps, even light conversations clear as day, that means do trust that you may only maintain so much privacy as everyone can hear you talking through the wall crystal clearing, you could easily hear your neighbor taking a dump in the bathroom. It’s difficult to sleep at night due to the paper thin walls and disturbing sounds you can easily hear from your neighbors nightly adventures. 3rd apartment I’ve had, and never have I had this issue to this extent. If you value peace and quiet, and not being disturbed in your sleep, this cheaply built complex is not for you."

"I didn't like that there was only one entry and exit door; no balcony, which would have allowed for extra lighting. It felt very dark without windows, other than in the bedrooms. I should have looked at the apartment before filling out the online application, which I would have done if the sign on the office door would have had the correct business hours. I just assumed a newer apartment would have a better floor plan. Very frustrating that I lost over $200 on the online application. Beware to other potential applicants, office hours posted is not correct and if you apply online, you are stuck, even if you cancel within the same day of application."

"My time at Topaz Oaks has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Jennifer, the property manager is always pleasant, and eager to please, she goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome, she has really managed to turn an apartment complex into an actual community. The property is well maintained, and the maintenance staff is always professional, polite, and prompt."

"I’m embarrassed I referred my relatives here! Moved in July and they CONTINUALLY throw out food because the cheap refrigerator DOESN’T WORK. Mgmt uses every excuse- you have too much food, stack food wrong….etc I have never had issues with a fridge like this, neither had they. They lived in the same place 17 years- no problem with the fridge! Why can’t Topaz Oaks just replace it after months of complaints? Sending the lady back over and over to fix it just doesn’t make sense! Wothless"
