"Award winning for the worst place we've ever stayed. The screen door was missing the bottom panel. The bed was in need of being replaced. It was worn out. The bathroom sink water was just above a trickle. The bathroom had dirty swipe marks on the wall. The bathroom sink was also missing the plug/drain cover. The furniture (sofa, side chair and kitchen counter stools) was soiled with stains. The beach chairs were covered with rust marks and black mold. The condo was also missing many trim pieces and some of the outlets did not work. We enjoyed our time away from the condo but we were so disappointed with what we rented. I gave it one star due to the location and proximity to the beach."

"Great location but construction is an ongoing issue with noise in the early morning hours. Also I had reached for a glass in the cabinet and someone had put a broken glass back in cabinet with the broken part facing away. Luckily I didn’t grab it and cut myself. Overall the location outweighed the noisy construction. Thank you!"

"It was a great place to stay. They had tennis ball, courts, pickle, ball, courts, swimming pool, and a spa area. Also had a restaurant right in that location. It was very quiet well kept I definitely would like to go back there again!"

"The Airbnb fell short in several aspects. Firstly, there was extensive construction taking place nearby, with large cranes and loud noises persisting throughout the day. The building itself was surrounded by a hotel under construction, further adding to the disturbance. Even within the Airbnb unit, there was ongoing construction by a neighbor, making it difficult to find peace and quiet. The thin walls amplified the sounds of people talking and walking upstairs, causing constant disruption day and night. Additionally, the host's responses were delayed, and there were several amenities lacking, such as a toaster and a rice cooker. The bed was uncomfortably hard, with what felt like a protruding wool stick underneath. The sofa bed was equally uncomfortable, sinking in and causing lower back pain. The furniture overall was not conducive to relaxation and made the stay unpleasant. On the positive side, the Airbnb had a fantastic location, with plenty of activities and excellent dining options nearby. The view from the front apartment was beautiful, offering stunning sunsets and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the presence of cranes, dirt, and other machinery obstructed the enjoyment of the view. Additionally, the sliding door lacked proper shades, compromising privacy. The curtains provided did not fit the window at all. Due to the resulting discomfort, including back and hip pain, we decided to cut our stay short by a day. On a brighter note, parking arrangements were satisfactory."

"This is a great place to stay, only a couple block walk from the beach with gorgeous sunsets. Nicely renovated and clean condo with lots of amenities including a private rooftop pool! I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again! Awesome hosts! They were very informative and offered assistance if needed throughout my stay!! Highly recommend staying here."
