"Don’t waist your money on the application if you have anything on your record! This company definitely discriminates. The won’t rent to you because of your mistakes. Even if make 10xs the rent! You can have 2 businesses and make close to 6 figures and still get denied! The DONT care about your kids or you! I was told they might have something else for my family but was never contacted or refunded my. Money for my 2applications. Im convenced they make it hard for ethnic people. This would have never happen in palm beach county only in lee county they make it hard for people! You know who doesn’t discriminate THE BANK! But I would never buy a house in this raciest city!"

"When I moved in no one did a walk thur with me said take keys go see unit come back . There was no shower rod in second bathroom. Had an ax problem they sent someone out fast that was good . Tara said she would take my video as a walk thur an I paid 2300 to move in they said I only paid 1325!!!! Then said it was $1000 of damnages which it wasn’t ! They stopped answer my calls and e-mails so it would go to collections!!!"

"would not recommend this company to anyone. They never report back to the owner of property disabilities and functions. They blame the tenant for everything. They switch property managers often. For the 3 years we have been living in this unit we have been having issues. Nothing is updated. Also not all but most are unprofessional. That can rub off to a new realtor that comes in to start their career. Also we have been waiting 3 weeks for mold and to fix the fan in the restroom. Never did still waiting been that way since we moved in. Look at how they left the ax unit for 1 week and a half."

"When I moved into this house it was clearly not inspected and had many problems that were not addressed before move in date. As pictures show there was a broken light dangling, broken refrigerator, and moldy toilets. We had all sorts of problems that required fixing. We did not have running water for a few days because it was not set up yet and all of our food spoiled because of the refrigerator not working. We lost over 100 dollars of food and didn’t have a working refrigerator for a few weeks. When we received a working refrigerator, it didn’t fit in the spot so we had a full-size fridge in our living room for around a month. Because we didn’t have a working toilet we had to pee in the woods outside or just let it sit in the toilet. I even had to take a poop outside once because of no running water. It was like I was homeless. The smoke detectors were also not working and the batteries needed to be changed upon arrival. After Hurricane Irma came through there were trees down and nothing was done about them from the owner. As shown in pictures I cut the tree up myself with a hand saw and cleared all debris from the yard because I was sick of waiting and the company said that the owner did not see it as a cause for concern. In fact, apparently the owner came by once and complained about the bushes not being trimmed but said nothing about the giant tree hanging at a 35-degree angle over the yard that could have fallen onto the house, my car, or me when I was outside mowing the lawn. I took a picture of the bushes after that comment and you can see for yourself if they are not looking good. We told the company about the trees hanging over many times but nothing was done. They never responded to my emails about them after a while. The trees were basically held up by other trees that fell during the hurricane and if another big storm comes they will almost certainly come down completely. I made that house much better while living there including caulking the baseboards better and cleaning the entire house upon move in and then cleaning all the hurricane damage myself which both should not have been my responsibility. The maintenance guys were friendly and did a good job when they came but they should have been called in before our move in date which we addressed and were told the house was move in ready. After receiving my security deposit back, I was charged almost $300 for basic repairs and cleaning. Things such as weed treatment, trimming hedges, reattaching a sink to the counter (which I was later told it wasn’t charged after complaining about because it was on our sheet at the beginning of the lease and I took pictures of it). Honestly, who knows. The house was in much better shape upon move out date which should usually mean I would receive everything back because I did no damage to this house. Also, I wonder how much they charged the people before me and then I was the one who ended up cleaning everything. I left behind a lawn mower, shop vac and a shower curtain for the next people but was probably charged for that even though I’m sure the next people will be lucky to have those things. I’m sick of hearing about renters who are taken advantage of by companies and property owners. I have had good landlords but it is rare and when I am ripped off I will certainly get the word out and fight back. So, for those of you who are looking to rent from this company, don’t expect whoever owns the house to care about you or your safety (which can go for any company) and don’t expect to get your full security deposit back. In conclusion, I have to rate this company a 1 even if it may have been mostly due to the owner themselves, I made this place much better than it was and still ended up paying for it in the end.
