A private aquarium below the dock adds to the excitement for kids, while adults can relax in the warm sun and cool breeze.
Recreational equipment such as kayaks and a paddle board are available upon request with a refundable security deposit. Guests are encouraged to separate recyclables and follow Florida state laws for fishing in the canal. Nearby attractions include golf courses, beaches, parks, and the opportunity to watch Tampa Bay Rays during spring training at Charlotte Sports Park.

"What an absolute gem!! The wife and kids and I enjoyed every minute of our stay!! First and foremost the house was immaculately clean!! The house is beautifully decorated has comfy beds and all the things you would need for a relaxing hassle free stay. The large back patio with a fire pit has table and chairs, which was perfect for s’mores with the kids, enjoying your morning coffee and viewing the night time sky. Had a dock on the water in the which was a great spot for fishing with the kids kayaking, and paddle boarding. House is located not far from shops and restaurants and I will stay there every time I’m in the area! !"
"The vacation house was well-equipped with a wide range of amenities that catered to our every need. From cooking supplies to kayaks and beach chairs. The bedrooms were cozy and beautifully furnished, ensuring a good nights sleep for everyone.We were very impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the vacation house. The patio area was perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. I will for sure book this rental again. It does not disappoint."

If you are looking to play golf when you stay here check out Riverwood Golf Course. It’s one of the best courses I’ve ever played."
"Location is amazing. Minutes to restaurants, live music, groceries and beaches. The house is located on a tranquil street looking out at the water. Very clean and great layout. The host makes sure that everything you need is in the house from games to entertain the kids to wine bottle openers to keep the adults entertained ;-) we ended each night sitting around the fire pit, telling stories. Beds are insanely comfortable. we will definitely be back!"
