"If I could leave o stars I would. This company is disgusting and vile. Especially Cathy Ellis and Jenni the so call property manager who doesn't even manage the property. I've literally had roof damage for 4 years until they decided they wanted to jack up the rent. Cathy ellis will drag out any problem and argue with you. She will also hang up the phone on you with no resolution. Be very careful of reality group because they don't care about the community just the money."

Those 4 were horrible experiences, as has been my friends' rental experience with other Florida property managers. In my experience, there is zero enforcement of tenant law in FL. We bought and sold our two homes through Tammy Hayes who was extremely well organized, looking carefully at every detail. Last year, when health issues prevented us from traveling south, we rented out our home through Palm Realty Property Management. The company is very well organized and dealt promptly with any repairs. In September, our home was damaged by Hurricane Ian. Cathy Ellis stepped up and arranged workmen to do the repairs. Cathy visited the house and took pictures and remained in touch regularly. She went above and beyond to help us out and we are very grateful.
