"Gotta love a place that tries to illegally kick you out and make you homeless after a giant natural disaster! Not only do these people have illegal contractors and electrical people come to our house but before all of this they installed our sink improperly, there’s multiple code violations, and told us after promising to put us in a hotel the lovely book keeper told us she called the hotel and canceled it because we were being ungrateful. Thanks GNK! Update: talked to Book keeper Deanna (after multiple calls being sent to voicemail and being hung up on!) and she said if you want to just stay there and die then do it! Lovely! What a caring crew!"

"Lived at one of their houses for 2 years, had multiple problems with the residency roaches through the house, window leaking water that they never fixed, none of the windows opened, A/C was broken it took them about 6 months to fix it after we moved in, mold all over inside the fridge, maintenance would take weeks or longer to start or even finish a job. Don't rent from these people you will have horrible living conditions."

"Stay really far away from this guy super shady never answers the phone won't return calls, and refuses to communicate. The neighbor to the property stated she has seen numerous people apply yet the house never seems to rent Lee seems to be running a application processing scams 10 apps a week at 50 bucks an app seems like a nice 2000k a month pay check which is more than he can make actually being the property manager. Make sure when trying to reach him you call from different numbers so he will answer his calls."

"We were hired by Lee to maintain his commercial properties after being referred by a friend who worked for one of the companies located in one of his locations. They were at their wits end with the neglect of the properties weeds 3 ft high, overgrown grass, bushes not maintained. Our first 6 months of dealing with Lee were smooth and there was no sign of any upcoming issues. Then in the end of April we were hit with an email stating that our services were temporarily suspended and we would be notified when we could resume. 6 weeks later I reached out to Lee to find out when we could resume services, being that the grass was steadily growing, and I received no response. 2 weeks later my husband took a drive and saw that all of the properties were extremely overgrown. He called Lee directly who answered and seemed caught off guard when he realized who it was. Lee replied quickly that he'd get back to him. 2 weeks later and we've received no call or response from Lee. This man lacks honestly and integrity. I would understand if he found someone less expensive and decided to let us go, but to leave us on the hook with no information as to what's going on is incredibly unprofessional. I don't know if Lee plans on bringing us back at some point, but I have zero interest in doing any further business with someone like this. Be weary and talk to the other tenants before signing a lease at his Commercial properties. The general consensus we received when we started was that he cuts corners on Maintenance but expects his check when rents due."
