"Loved living here. I had a 3bedroom very spacious apartment, Beautiful view that overlooked the lake. Neighbors are great, it's a very quiet complex. I felt safe and comfortable to raise my family here. Never had any issues that wasn’t resolved, service requests are done on time."

"I’ve lived there for 10 years and I have been asking for five years to get new carpeting which they have denied. I told them I thought I had mold and they have repeatedly said no, most recently as of 12/9. The emailed me their official report which consisted of one sentence. So I hired a professional company here in town and they came back with black mold and myotoxins so heavy that I was Advised not to step foot back inside the apartment. They did not help me find accommodations while they figure it out. They left me to fend for myself, the office did not take my calls or provide any information and they are refusing to treat it as the protocol states, with a full remediation."

"Had a plumbing leak and maintenance responded quickly. I feel that the repair is a bandaid on a bigger problem. I have a pretty extensive background working in plumbing and underground utilities. Definitely not how I would handle the problem. Is what it is and time will tell."

"Great place to live, the apartments are very nice and quiet. The staff is very helpful and maintenance issues are looked at promptly. It's close to Publix and other stores near by and a short 5 minute drive from downtown Punta Gorda."

"I moved in on September 15 of 2023. I am very happy with my apartment. The office staff and maintenance staff are very helpful. They always have some kind of event in the office on holidays for the whole complex. Tavia was very helpful with the paperwork I needed to return and fill out for the apartment. The new management keeps the complex neat and clean. I definitely give them five stars, and I am very thankful to have a place to stay."
