"I went to just turn in my paystubs for food stamps and I am currently in school 8-11 and it's my only day off for them help me and Obviously they couldn't help because food assistance changed policy. I just needed to fax paper work though . They are stressful"

"Title: Disappointing Experience with Turning Points' Assistance Program My recent experience with Turning Points' utility assistance program left me frustrated and disappointed. While the front desk staff was helpful and attentive, the organization's handling of my application was far from satisfactory. I submitted all the required documents and my application, but Turning Points claimed they had reached out to me for an interview, which never happened. This misinformation added to my frustration and confusion. What bothered me most was the lack of urgency in processing my application. When seeking assistance, time is often of the essence, but Turning Points seemed indifferent to this fact. In conclusion, I cannot recommend applying for assistance through Turning Points based on my experience. While the front desk staff were friendly, the organization's disorganization and lack of communication left me feeling unsupported during a challenging time."

"I went in yesterday seeking dental assistance, not expecting to be seen the same day. Fortunately four me, someone canceled their appointment and I was seen immediately. I really was expecting bad news about my dental hygiene, I mean it was kind of bad news but they didn't have to pull any teeth. Just a much much needed deep clean. The staff is awesome and my experience was great! As a working class person with no insurance, the anxiety and weight on my shoulders with my particular situation was easily lifted yesterday. Thank you all so much for what you have done for me and for this community."

"I have been coming for a few years now, I am so grateful for the medical and dental services! I don't know what I would have done without them! Sandy at the front medical desk to all the great doctors and students who give Thier time, are all absolutely fantastic! I have never been treated with anything but respect by those who are there now. Thank you for being there when I was in need!"

"This pantry is definitely not what it used to be. I think the staff were not treating everyone fairly, and some of the clients were abusing the privilege. Still, for feeding myself when I was homeless, and now indoors, on a tight budget, it's quite nice. I moderate my use of such services; however, I think most do not. Once I stabilize myself I'll be sure to donate. I volunteered at turning points prior to utilizing services. Both turning points, and our daily bread are great organizations; when their services are being used properly."
