Trevesta Place Apartments

"The experience here as a resident has been wonderful, we moved in April 2023 when the complex still had some buildings to finish and as expected with construction there can be some issues related to the work being done on-site. However every situation we have ever faced here has been dealt with in a professional manner and a timely fashion. I deeply recommend moving here if you are looking for an apartment with a healthy, polite and active community. Trevesta place apartments isn’t just a temporary place we call home, we have built friendships and have been supported through some rough times. The staff will always have your back and do what is right and that is hard to find. I worked in property management for 10 years in different countries and I can say the work being done here is outstanding, drop by the office and experience it yourself! I’m sure happy we did!"

"I helped my mother-in-law move in a couple weeks ago. She lives there but my wife and I essentially took care of most of the arrangements for getting the place, moving her in and getting her settled. I really have to give a special thank you to the ladies in the office. They have been exceedingly accommodating and easy to work with. They've made the experience very pleasant and my mother-in-law welcome to her new home. Thank you for all you have and continue to do!"

"Since the beginning the whole process of picking an apartment was easy because of the amazing people in the office! Miranda and Brittany were so willing to provide us with extra details and answering all of our questions. They truly made the process so much easier than I imagined. Throughout our time here they have made this place feel like home and make us feel like more than residents. They really do care and it has made moving far from home an easier transition. They also throw parties/events and have food trucks every so often which makes it have more of a community feeling! It’s nice to have everyone together and get to know the people around. The apartments are beautiful/spacious and we were intrigued that we would be the first people living in them since they are brand new. The pool area is stunning and the fitness center is my favorite part. It’s bigger and decently equip for an apartment gym! Another great thing is the repair time! Anytime we have any issues, they are quick to respond and get the problem resolved. They are also always on top of landscaping and keeping things clean! My only complaints would be the highway noise due to our apartment being the closest to the highway side (nothing they can do, just unfortunate location). There are also some amenities listed that we have yet to see. Hopefully they will be coming in the near future!"

"We moved in April of 2023 into a beautiful brand new 1 br 1 ba. We were immediately drawn to Trevesta due to the new apartments and community. We blindly moved to Trevesta from 1,000 miles away not knowing what we were going to live in and when we arrived instantly felt at peace with our choice. We have had no issues with our apartment since move in and have had amazing customer service with the leasing office, who have become like family to us! Definitely an amazing community to join and well worth it!"

"We moved in here in July. We’ve had a great experience! Office staff is great, very welcoming. We just love the pool! They’ve added two grills poolside, which is great for cooking out. Lots of dogs, which our dog loves- he’s a friendly guy! It’s a great place to live!"
